Each individual is permitted to hold only one active xs999 account. Creating, or attempting to create, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a direct violation of these Terms. xs999 uses automated detection systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a working mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying xs999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Updating your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes.

4. Deposits & Payments

• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type, and are displayed before bet confirmation.
• xs999 may limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

For Cricket and PSL markets specifically, live in-play betting is subject to slight delays to ensure the integrity of the market. Bets placed after the outcome of a ball or over has been determined will be voided.

9. Privacy & Data

xs999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on xs999, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xs999 may retain any funds in the account as compensation for losses caused by the breach. 11. Limitation of Liability
